I came across your blog when I was looking for recipes for lo sui (master sauce).  

I have this crazy idea to make sausages with chicken marinated in loh sui spices, with chopped up salty duck egg in it.

Anyway I&#039;ve subscribed to your rss feed, and I look forward to reading more of your entries! 

PS: My dad&#039;s side of the family is from Toi san :) but he left there to move to Australia in the 70&#039;s.</description>
