Interesting Cakes from First Taste Bakery in Elmhurst, NY
I walked with The Other one weekend and stumbled upon First Taste bakery on Junction Boulevard. It’s a Chinese bakery, very common in NYC but I found some uncommon goods inside:
What would they taste like? They're so structured.
I have no idea what type of cakes they are behind the glass. All I know is I would love to take these to an office party to liven things up. Wonder if the guys and gals at Goldman Sachs would appreciate the humor? (Maybe not.)
I’m curious to find out what they taste like but a whole cake would take forever to finish in my household. Maybe this holiday season I’ll bring Spike around to the parties:
